Senior Associate, Customer Success (ESG & Sustainable Investment)

Summary

Owns retention and adoption for a portfolio of institutional investor clients across BeNeLux by developing and executing account plans, driving product adoption, delivering onboarding and training, and identifying and mitigating churn risks. Acts as the primary liaison between ESG/sustainable investment, risk, and portfolio teams and internal Sustainalytics experts to support data delivery, issue resolution, strategic reviews, and change management that enable investors to integrate ESG and sustainability into decision-making.
