Treasury Associate

Summary

Manages day-to-day project-level treasury operations for a portfolio of clean energy projects, executing wires/ACH, intercompany transfers, and maintaining depository and construction debt accounts. Prepares withdrawal and distribution certificates per LLCA and credit agreements, monitors cash balances and covenant compliance, and supports interest rate swap executions and settlement reconciliations. Collaborates closely with Accounting, AP, Asset Management and banking counterparties to ensure timely, accurate fund movements that support project financing and operations.
