Leads management of the fleet of cable-laying vessels and third-party marine assets, overseeing vessel operations, maintenance strategy, OPEX/CAPEX budgets, utilization and compliance with maritime, class and QHSE standards. Collaborates with project, engineering, procurement and commercial teams to design competitive marine solutions for complex HV subsea and land cable EPCI projects that enable renewable energy grid connections. Drives continuous improvement, team development and operational efficiency to reduce risk and support delivery of large-scale power transmission installations.
