Designs and leads quantitative financial analyses and models to structure instruments that channel capital into climate mitigation and adaptation, including green banks, blended finance, and insurance/risk-transfer solutions. Collects and cleans transaction-level data, produces tables/charts and modeling outputs, and translates findings into memos, presentations, and policy-relevant recommendations for diverse stakeholders.
