Leads development and execution of strategy to advance climate mobility and planned relocation as equitable adaptation, focusing on policy, thought leadership, and coalition building. Designs guidance, analytical tools, decision frameworks, and research to help state, local, tribal governments and community organizations plan and implement relocations and related buyout programs, and represents the organization in multi-stakeholder forums to align practices and secure funding and governance solutions.
