Engagement Lead

Summary

Leads and manages a team that designs and delivers stakeholder and community engagement programs to translate regulation into practical support and product stewardship systems. Builds and sustains trusted relationships with industry, local government and community groups, represents the regulator to senior stakeholders, and designs outreach and education initiatives with subject-matter experts. Monitors and reports stakeholder issues and engagement outcomes, manages related budgets, and identifies emerging risks and practical responses.
