Summary

Develops and advances clean energy and energy-affordability policy by conducting research and analysis, drafting policy memos and guidance, and coordinating multi-stakeholder initiatives. Leads regulatory engagement and filings (state and federal), liaises with agencies and community groups, manages complex stakeholder processes, and presents on technical clean energy topics to build support for equitable energy transition goals.
