Summary
Acts as an HR business partner advising senior leaders on organizational design, workforce planning and talent priorities while translating business goals into practical people plans to strengthen engagement, retention and team effectiveness. Owns employee relations for assigned groups including investigations, disciplinary actions and complex ER case management, and supports the full talent lifecycle from onboarding through succession and offboarding. Partners closely with field operations to support a distributed technician workforce—balancing engagement, scheduling, safety culture and compliance—to enable reliable delivery and operation of solar and energy storage projects.
