Summary

Owns end-to-end manufacturing processes for pulser module assembly, creating work instructions, tooling and fixturing, driving DFM feedback, performing root cause analysis, and tracking production metrics to improve yield and cycle time. Works hands-on on the shop floor with technicians to manage build schedules, resolve non-conformances, and scale prototype-to-production assembly of pulsed fusion hardware that supports development of clean energy systems.
