Define and execute an enterprise people strategy and partner with founders and the executive team on organizational design, leadership development, and culture. Build and lead People Operations, Talent, and Workplace Experience functions—owning hiring, retention, performance programs, people analytics, and HR systems while leveraging modern HR technologies and AI. Scale a high-performing, values-driven culture across a hybrid-remote workforce to enable delivery of the organization’s wildfire detection and climate-adaptation mission.
