Supports implementation of an ESG data strategy by partnering with cross-functional teams and external consultants to build governance, controls, and processes for collecting, maintaining, and transforming ESG data for reporting. Implements ESG data control processes and initiatives, ensures data quality and alignment with reporting frameworks, and leverages analytics and visualization tools to provide oversight of key ESG metrics. Collaborates closely with Sustainability, Finance, Legal, People, and Strategy teams and may travel occasionally to support initiatives.
