Collects and analyses environmental, social and governance data to support sustainability reporting and regulatory compliance (CSRD, EUDR, PPWR), defines ESG metrics and KPIs, and helps shape product backlog and technical specifications for S&R applications. Translates stakeholder needs into functional and non-functional requirements, runs agile ceremonies, supports product lifecycle activities (testing, documentation, roll-out) and contributes to L2/L3 incident management while enabling change toward a consolidated sustainability tech strategy.
