Chief Operating Officer (COO)

Summary

Provides executive leadership across finance, compliance, operations, people, risk management, and international chapter operations to ensure effective organizational infrastructure and financial stewardship. Manages monthly financial operations, audits, investment portfolio, grant and budget standardization, IRS compliance for nonprofit activities, and serves as board liaison while overseeing payroll, benefits, hiring, compensation, policies, and external legal partners. Designs and executes international chapter strategy, represents the organization to donors and external stakeholders, and manages internal teams and external vendors to advance programmatic and operational goals.
