Lead and coordinate preparation of proposals and tender submissions for projects in energy from waste, bioenergy, and carbon capture, including mobilisation and management of cross-functional bid teams, bid planning workshops, and stage-gate compliance. Act as main author and pricing lead for bids—drafting project approaches, programmes, references and CVs—while identifying and escalating commercial, contractual and technical risks and maintaining CRM support for key account activities.
