Leads and delivers policy research and evaluations on energy, environment and net-zero topics, managing complex projects end-to-end including budgeting, mentoring research staff, and ensuring methodological rigour. Supports business development and bid activity to secure funding (including DESNZ/Defra/EU), builds networks with funders and collaborators, and communicates findings to policy audiences to maximise impact.
