Carbon Finance Lead

Summary

Leads design and execution of financing strategies for high-integrity nature and carbon projects, developing investable project structures, capital stacks, term sheets, and risk allocation. Builds and manages relationships with investors, DFIs, family offices and funds, drives outreach through to final investment decision, and prepares investment narratives, financial models, and due diligence materials. Coordinates with assessment, forestry, ecological and delivery teams to align financing with project realities and ensures projects meet market expectations for integrity and impact.
