Summary

Leads and coordinates ESG due diligence and impact analyses for prospective investments, runs the impact reporting process including data collection and report writing, and coordinates impact committee meetings. Provides hands-on support to portfolio companies to strengthen impact and ESG practices and creates internal and external learning (deep dives, lunch & learns) to inform the team and broader ecosystem.
