Summary

Leads the end-to-end bring-up of a new manufacturing facility, owning the master program plan, milestones, dependencies, risk register, and contingency planning from site selection through ramp to full production. Coordinates cross-functional teams and external partners to manage site selection, incentives and compliance, permitting, construction, utility readiness, equipment installation, manufacturing readiness (qualification, process validation, safety, and quality), and executive reporting while building repeatable playbooks to scale facility launches that enable electrification and decarbonization of the built environment.
