Summary
Provides strategic HR partnership to local leaders and employees, translating global HR policies into compliant US practices and executing annual HR cycle activities such as goal setting, salary/bonus reviews, talent planning, employee listening and diversity initiatives. Manages end-to-end employee lifecycle (recruitment administration, onboarding, promotions, offboarding), HR documentation and reporting, employee relations, and office/facilities vendor coordination while liaising with global HR and People Shared Services to maintain consistent people practices that support the organization's renewable-energy mission.
