Summary

Develops and maintains relationships with large commercial and industrial customers, serving as the primary contact for billing inquiries, complex rate and tariff analysis, and program-related support. Leads design and implementation of customer-specific offerings and decarbonization projects — including custom rate products, electrification retrofits, on-bill financing, vendor management, and analytics — and coordinates internal subject-matter experts to advance electrification and emissions reduction goals.
