Summary

Designs, builds and maintains data pipelines and models to generate evidence on low-carbon technologies and policies, including sourcing/cleaning datasets, managing APIs, and producing dashboards and quantitative assessments across commercial, social, economic and environmental criteria. Leads delivery of analytical workstreams, guides analysts, troubleshoots systems, and communicates results to senior stakeholders while supporting business development for data services. Work directly supports decarbonisation decision-making across heat pumps, efficiency/retrofit, heat networks, hydrogen and low-carbon fuels and helps shape policy and investment.
