Conducts ESG research and analysis to support investment deal teams, evaluating new opportunities for ESG risks and value uplift and developing post-investment ESG action plans. Produces thematic reports and ESG tools, curates case studies and learning sessions, and prepares internal and external updates on ESG activities and trends to strengthen portfolio resilience and value creation.
