Summary

Lead regional deployment of an enhanced rock weathering soil amendment program across the Mississippi Delta, owning logistics from terminal intake through final farm application and ensuring MRV-compliant placement. Manage relationships with terminal operators, co-ops, ag retailers, trucking partners, and farmers; coordinate soil sampling and in-region R&D trials and translate field observations into actionable insights for the science team. Provide regional forecasting and reporting to headquarters, represent the organization at industry and grower events, and recruit and lead the U.S. regional field team as operations scale.
