Summary

Define and drive the organisation's sustainability vision and commitments across environmental, social and ethical priorities, embedding measurable impact across the value chain, brand and culture. Lead the development of a sustainability framework covering ethical sourcing, Community Fair Trade, circularity and climate impact, re‑launch the company foundation, represent the business externally on ESG and advocacy, and partner with senior leaders to integrate sustainability into product, supply chain, retail and people practices.
