Lead the design and deployment of a Sustainability Pillar within the operations system, creating global standards, playbooks, maturity models and KPIs to drive energy, water, waste and emissions reductions across manufacturing sites. Build capability and governance by coaching plant leaders, embedding sustainability into Lean/Daily Management systems, tracking performance against Science‑Based Targets, and coordinating with ESG, Finance and Engineering to prioritize and resource decarbonization initiatives.
