Summary

Leads the development and execution of policy and advocacy strategies to strengthen U.S. clean energy manufacturing, supply chain resilience, and export competitiveness, producing reports, memos, op-eds, briefing materials, and rapid-response advocacy. Manages and mentors policy teams, coordinates cross-cutting initiatives and budgets, and engages federal, state, industry, investor, and international stakeholders to shape policy on trade, tariffs, export controls, domestic content, critical minerals, energy infrastructure, and nuclear technologies to advance decarbonization.
