Summary

Develops and delivers customer-facing programs that advance energy efficiency and electrification in low-rise residential and small commercial buildings, including program design, procurement support, stakeholder engagement, outreach, and workshop delivery. Provides 1:1 energy coaching to help customers identify and act on efficiency and electrification opportunities, tracks program milestones and KPIs, prepares reports and presentations, and uses data to monitor performance and improve participation and measurable emissions impact.
