ESG & Community Engagement Specialist

Summary

Leads local ESG program delivery and ensures alignment with global corporate ESG standards through liaison with the Taiwan ESG team and cross-region reporting. Designs and manages community outreach strategy and partner relationships, oversees grant disbursements and budget tracking, and produces impact reports for both site leadership and HQ. Works cross-functionally with PR, Finance, and HR to mobilize the workforce for outreach events and operationalize ESG programs.
