PhD Position Systemic Risk in Climate-Sensitive Housing Markets
About this role
Summary
Develops and advances agent-based housing market models to simulate how physical climate hazards and adaptive expectations interact across households, banks and regions. Uses spatial, behavioural survey and climate-risk data to identify when climate shocks can create stranded housing assets or drive climate gentrification and to evaluate policy levers that limit risk contagion.
