Summary

Provides policy guidance and technical assistance to state governments on electricity-sector decarbonization, tracking state and federal policy developments and advising on opportunities to raise ambition. Leads and manages multistate working groups and initiatives (including nuclear and geothermal cohorts), drafts policy briefs and coalition letters, coordinates stakeholder engagement, and helps secure and oversee grants and vendor-driven technical assistance to advance state climate goals.
