Conducts policy research and analysis on workforce standards, economic development, and industrial policy related to the energy transition and green economy; authors policy reports, briefing memos, op-eds, and public testimony. Collaborates with unions, environmental and community organizations, and policymakers to develop and advance worker-led clean energy policy models and provides technical assistance and trainings. Manages stakeholder outreach, supervises student workers, and helps identify new research projects and partnership opportunities.
