Programme Specialist – Environment and Climate Change (Open to Internal and External Applicants)

Summary

Leads development and management of a substantive portfolio of environment and climate programmes, guiding design, implementation, budgeting, monitoring and quality assurance across projects. Provides policy and strategic inputs (including contributions to country-level planning documents), mobilizes and manages partnerships with government, donors and multilateral funds, and supervises a team to deliver on resilience, natural resource management and NDC-related initiatives.
