Provide strategic and operational leadership to build and scale an interdisciplinary institute focused on climate research and solutions, including setting strategy, governance, and operating frameworks. Convene and grow partnerships with academic, industry, government and global stakeholders, manage budgets and staff, sustain an externally funded research program, and represent the institute internationally to advance climate action.
