Leads design and continuous improvement of a Climate Risk Management Framework, developing policies, procedures, tools and dashboards to identify, assess, monitor and report climate-related financial and non-financial risks. Applies climate scenario analysis, stress testing and forward-looking risk indicators to inform risk appetite, regulatory alignment (e.g., OSFI B-15, TCFD/ISSB) and senior leadership reporting, and partners with business units to embed climate risk practices across operations and strategic planning.
