Provides strategic financial leadership across accounting, treasury, FP&A, contract review, and audit processes to ensure organizational sustainability and support programmatic goals. Partners with executive leadership and the Board to model scenarios, manage grant and contract compliance, oversee ERP/financial planning systems, and build finance capacity to enable the organization's energy and climate-focused programs.
