Research Assistant Intern - Soil Carbon
Transforms soil spectroscopy and geospatial datasets into reproducible analysis pipelines, performing data cleaning, visualization, and statistical analysis using R or Python. Works with lab instruments and existing soil spectral libraries, documents scientific workflows, and presents results that inform soil carbon and carbon cycling research. Applies data science and computational tools, including machine learning approaches, to improve measurement, mapping, and modeling of dynamic agricultural and soil systems.
