Summary

Oversees the day-to-day operation of the IPCC Secretariat, supervising staff and guiding Technical Support Units to implement the Panel’s work programme. Plans and manages IPCC sessions and related documentation, negotiates meeting host arrangements, and ensures accurate session reporting. Manages the Trust Fund finances, fundraising and audits, oversees communications and liaison with UN bodies and scientific programmes to support global climate assessment work.
