Summary

Leads development and implementation of energy sector strategies and market frameworks to enable renewable deployment and decarbonization in Small Island Developing States. Provides transaction advisory and investment support, including technical feasibility reviews, system sizing, VRE integration, storage and grid modernization inputs, and structuring blended finance and risk-mitigation to mobilize private capital. Also develops regulatory and tariff advice, capacity-building programs for utilities and regulators, and knowledge products to support resilient, low-carbon energy systems.
