Summary

Leads development and implementation of community-centered salmon conservation strategies in Bristol Bay and supports engagement in Arctic and North Pacific fisheries governance, including CAOFA. Builds and manages partnerships with Indigenous communities, government agencies, NGOs, researchers, and donors, secures and oversees funding, and coordinates multi-stakeholder conservation projects. Prepares work plans, reports, briefings and communications, represents the organization in international fisheries forums, and advances precautionary management to support resilient salmon ecosystems and sustainable fisheries.
