Define, plan, and deliver large-scale inertial fusion engineering programs from concept through completion, leading matrixed engineering and design teams to develop system architecture, requirements, and prototype systems. Manage program budgets, schedules, resource allocation, risk mitigation, and performance reporting while coordinating with senior leadership and stakeholders to ensure technical integrity and drive progress toward commercial fusion power and decarbonization objectives.
