Applies engineering insights and process models to develop and optimize a demonstration Direct Air Capture process, designing experiments, analyzing pilot and lab data, and translating conceptual designs into functioning pilot facilities. Supports P&ID and 3D CAD interpretation, conducts HAZID/HAZOP and process safety assessments, evaluates equipment performance and reliability, and iterates designs to enable scale-up of CO₂ removal technology.
