Provides analytical, coordination, and technical support across pre-investment ESG processes and fund-level compliance, including ESG screening, preparing appraisal memos, coordinating E&S due diligence, reviewing ESDD findings, and drafting ESG sections of deal documents. Maintains ESMS documentation, tracks regulatory developments (e.g., IFC Performance Standards, SFDR, EU Taxonomy), supports LP reporting and fundraising materials, and helps run internal ESG training and knowledge-sharing to ensure responsible investment outcomes.
