Conducts a structured literature review and evidence-based assessment of the biodiversity impacts of subsea cable laying across the full lifecycle, producing board-level and external-ready materials, a referenced source library, and short-, medium- and long-term mitigation recommendations. Performs a current-state assessment of human rights governance and supplier due diligence, benchmarks against UNGPs/OECD and peers, and designs a phased operating model and 1–2 year deployment roadmap while coordinating Procurement, Compliance, HR, Operations and Sustainability functions.
