Designs and leads cross-organizational programmatic initiatives and learning agendas that strengthen grassroots climate movement-building; manages the Learning and Evaluation Team and coordinates the Programs Team to synthesize lessons, develop impact frameworks, and steward monitoring and evaluation processes. Oversees research and strategic initiatives (including Let It Flow and Democracy’s Immune System), translates movement analysis into communications and fundraising narratives, represents CLIMA with funders and partners, and facilitates organizational reflection to strengthen collaboration and culture.
