How we do things differently
Every job is a real, live listing
Our pipeline checks freshness daily. Jobs older than 14 days at source are rejected before they ever reach the site. Everything auto-expires after 90 days. If it’s on climate.jobs, it’s still open.
Direct links to every role
Click “Apply” and you go straight to the company’s actual job page. No middleman, no account walls, no redirects. We even strip tracking parameters and application-form URLs so the link always lands on the real listing.
Climate-only, no filler
AI scoring screens every job twice: once for the role, once for the company. Both must pass our climate threshold. We’re not an “environmental” or “impact” board with unrelated jobs mixed in. If it’s here, it’s climate.
Built from scratch, just for this
Not a white-label template. Not a WordPress plugin. climate.jobs is custom-built technology designed around how climate professionals actually search for work, shaped by real feedback from a community of over 88,000 people working in climate.
Quality over quantity
We cap listings at five per company. When a new one arrives, the oldest expires. Every job is AI-scored and then human-reviewed by our team. No single employer can flood the board, and nothing slips through without a second look.
Accurate location data
We verify geographic data and filter against a curated country whitelist. When you search for jobs in Germany, you get jobs actually based in Germany. No duplicate listings across twenty countries or vague locations.
